Immersive Audio: A 7.1 Dolby audio system with strategically placed speakers and subwoofers ensures superior sound quality using professional-grade Bose components.
Stunning Visuals: An active asymmetric LED video wall with a P1.5 pixel pitch measuring 28 feet by 5.6 feet delivers a 300-inch diagonal screen, capable of displaying multiple content sources simultaneously.
Enhanced Video Conferencing: Three zoom-capable cameras and strategically placed ceiling tile microphones guarantee clear audio and video coverage for virtual meetings.
Effortless Control: A single touchpad controls all functions, including lighting, for user-friendly operation.
This hall represents a commitment to excellence in AV technology, creating an ideal space for conferences, training, and video conferences, enhancing the overall experience for all participants.
What did the client want to achieve?
The client desired a versatile State of the art AV system that can cater to various applications be it Presentation, Audio conferencing, Video conferencing, 5.1 surround sound Movie watching, Lecture recording and Live streaming.
– Client wanted to create a an experiential space which looks magnificent and hence we suggested them an asymmetrical Video wall from left , all the way to the right of the hall for it to suffice multiple requirements of VC and presentations on a touch of a button.
– Client wanted complete control of HAVC, Lighting, AV on Touch panel with multiple presets for different applications.
Scope of work your company was involved in
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Complete Audio – Visual & Active LED System which includes following –
a) Microphone ceiling tiles and Wireless Gooseneck mics for Audio and Video Conferencing
b) Wireless Presentation system
c) Video wall Processor for multiple Screen layout options for various applications
d) 5.1 Surround system
e) Touch panel and controller for integrating complete AV, HVAC and lighting
f) Auto tracking cameras for recording and Live streaming
g) Local AV inputs for External Cameras and BYOD
h) Annotation
What key challenges were faced?
We encountered numerous challenges during the installation process –
a) Meeting strict deadlines. We had to expedite project execution in 15 days while working within limited time slots as the installation took place inside the TAJ Palace Hotel.
b) Additionally, coordinating a large team in a confined space where other teams were simultaneously operating posed a significant challenge.
c) Since the space was small with ceiling height of just 8 feet, designing and selecting the right components to meet client expectations of state of the art system was also a big challenge
How were those challenges resolved?
We carefully created a project schedule and met with other services team heads to create a meticulous time table to make sure we all work as a team to meet the deadlines. Arranging the material in such short period of time and space constraints at site for keeping the material was also managed with multiple rounds of transportation vehicle to and fro from our warehouse.
Designing the system to ensure we fulfil all requirements without compromising in the result was achieved through out of the box thinking and coordination with the architect team to ensure we get right locations for Ceiling mic tiles, cameras and speakers as per what is needed. Location of the rack just outside the hall was also very typical and we managed to convince the team for smooth operations.
How has your work helped the client?
The system enables the client to conduct high profile Video conferencing , lectures and presentations by Elite speakers to local and global audiences. It also enables them to record and live stream the lectures to all the students of the university
Through state of the art AV system , client is able to showcase their strengths of the university to Education ministry and other Global universities.
